Privacy is one of the strengths of this app. If a client initiates a session with a psychologist, the AirPersons platform asks them for credit card information or a PayPal account, starting the session only when the required balance has been withhold. This way, the psychologist never has access to clients’ payment information, and since it’s not a phone call, the patient never knows the professional’s mobile number.
