Una vez creado el servicio, podrá atender las consultas de sus clientes desde su smartphone con Windows 8 siempre que se encuentre online.

La privacidad tanto del profesor como del alumno o cliente está completamente garantizada en todo momento. Siempre que un cliente quiere comenzar una sesión con un profesor, el sistema solicita los datos de su tarjeta de crédito o cuenta de PayPal. De esta manera, sólo se inicia la sesión cuando se ha retenido el saldo necesario. Esto permite la protección de los datos de pago del cliente, que nunca se facilitan al profesor, mientras que el número de teléfono del profesor nunca está disponible para el cliente.
